FRIENDLY RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We will only accept items for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase providing that the:

• item is unused
• receipt or invoice is provided
• tags are still attached

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
We do not issue refunds where the purchaser has changed their mind about a purchased product; but a credit note will be issued which is valid for 60 days.

If you received an incorrect or defective item and need to exchange it, email us to request a replacement. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
